 Will there be more ceramic pieces like the one I wanted?

Anna makes new ceramic work regularly and posts it to her site as it comes out of the kiln. Each piece is one of a kind and will not be exactly the same as a previously posted style. She does repeat patterns and designs that are popular, so check back if there is something you’re interested in that already sold. Or reach out to request something custom.

When are new ceramic pieces posted?

New work is added to the shop often, but not on a schedule. Notices about new work will be posted on Instagram and periodically in Anna’s newsletter. Some work is only available at in person sales and markets, so be sure to check the events page for places you can find her.

What is your shop return policy?

If an order is not what you expected or has been damaged in shipping, please contact Anna right away with details. She will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If it has been more than 30 days since your item was purchased, it is considered a final sale. Items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.

Book questions:

Will you illustrate my book manuscript?

Anna does sometimes illustrate books by other authors, but she is hired by publishers, not by authors directly.

How do I get my book published?

There is a wonderful organization called the Society of Children’s Books Writers and Illustrators, who can answer all of your questions far better than Anna can. They regularly hold conferences and events that are a wealth of information about getting started in the children’s book industry.
